Trade Connections has been working alongside Just Trading Scotland and Rab Processors in Malawi to bring delicious pan-roasted peanuts and Peanut Butter to Scotland. Rab Processors have now formally lodged their membership application for COFTA - the Cooperation for Fair Trade in Africa organisation. COFTA is based in Nairobi and is the Africa Regional Chapter of WFTO. Rab's registration with COFTA will be the first step of a process to become a key part of a Malawi Fair Trade supply chain.
